SAFETY SET UP AND PROTOCOLS

The following procedures and guidelines must be observed by all who shall enter the
project sites to start their respective works.

1. All workers must wear MTDC (Malungon Tracking Data and Control) Card and
the standard PPE’s such as long-sleeved shirt, high visible vest, hard hat,
safety/closed toe shoes; gloves and special additional PPE’s like face mask, face
shield, goggles and shoe cover (Optional). NO PPE, NO ENTRY.

2. All workers must observe Physical Distancing when queuing up to enter the site.
To avoid congestion,.

3. All who will enter must go through thermal scanner, Hand sanitizer and log into
Daily health Checklist Form.

4. Daily Disinfection of tools.

5. No Drinking at the Site Premises.

Reducing transmission of COVID-19

Mask

Face Mask must be worn all times; Cloth Mask must be replaced and properly disposed
of Daily or after sneezing or coughing.

Physical Distancing
At least 1 Meter or two meter when possible. shall be observed at all times. This must be
practiced together with the wearing of masks.

Frequent Disinfection
Frequent Hand washing with soap and water or all application of alcohol based
disinfectant.

Display of Signages or Visual cues

Hand Washing with soap and water/ application of alcohol based disinfectant.

Advising workers to conduct surface disinfections in their work stations before the start
of the shift, intermittently during shift and at the end of the Shift.

Discourage of sharing of personal items between employees to prevent possible

transmission.
