ATTENTION when using this application!

This application setting changes control unit of machine, and therefore changes
behavior of the machine.

Changes of parameter could cause uncontrollable movements machine and can

cause injury to health or property.

If you have not the necessary knowledge and you are not trained DO NOT
CHANGE!

hazards and risks bonded with the use of this software.
 Diagnostics of fault - SPEED

General procedure for diagnosing faults on a machine with system Win GPI.
Perform the computer interconnection by means of a connecting cable (RS 232) into the Susmic socket
on the left corner of cabine (under the cover)- red arrow

Select the required unit (SPEED).

Open program Win GPI - open LOAD TCF – select the correct version of software for actual type of
machine and unit:
Sw: 10102718_S0018B_P0004B.Tcf – ENTER

Start -up engine of machine

Information screen: Here we can find actual software version which is recorded in Susmic. The
numbers must agree. If not, close program and change version of software for open comunication.

Some units need to enter a PIN (0305)

Table is displayed „Speed Control Main Menu“. Select No. ,,0“ – Data screen. (Diagnostic)- ENTER

Data screen: Only In this mode is possible move with the machine and watching actual data from the unit

Error table: Select (Shift+E) in Data screen mode – Here we find the actual faults on machine which we
need identify.

Then fix problem, or replace the defective component (After replacing some faulty component is
necessary re-calibrating sensor or adjusting some data.)

Error corresponds to the error code, which flashes red LED on the body of Susmic unit. Orange
lamp in dashboard gauge is no correspond with error codes. Informing only about some error If
flashing.

The error codes are reported to the red LED (position 4) on Susmic.
