CIRCULAR

Compensatory off can be availed by all staff who had worked on declared
Holidays of Institute. All Compensatory off need to be approved by
respective departmental HOD / In-charge along with justification for duty
allotment during Holidays. Concerned HOD/In-charge need to verify the
availability of respective staff in working place and whether they have
completed required working hours, to avail Compensatory off.

Compensatory off needs to be availed within 30 working days from the

day of working against Holidays,
