RESOLUTION CHANGING THE BANK SIGNATORIES OF SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SANGAY, KALAMANSIG, SULTAN KUDARAT AT
LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, LEBAK, SULTAN KUDARAT, DESIGNATING SK
CHAIRPERSON ELDY BRYAN G. BARTOLOME AND SK TREASURER SHECAIRA
V. ELARDO AS THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES IN ALL BANK TRANSACTIONS.

WHEREAS, the Republic Act No. 10742 also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act
of 2015provides in Chapter 2 Section 13 paragraph (f) states that the Sangguniang Kabataan
Chairperson, withthe concurrence of the Sangguniang Kabataan, has the power to appoint
among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan a secretary and treasurer;

WHEREAS, Republic Act 10742 stated that the financial independence among Sangguniang
Kabataan;

WHEREAS, there is an existing account for Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sangay, which
were the signatories are the Former SK Chairman Gerald L. Fallorina, and Mary Ann L. Morales,
as SK Treasurer;

WHEREAS, with the result of the recent Barangay and SK Election, and hereby authorize by
law that the newly elected SK Chairman and appointed SK Treasurer will be the new signatories
of the said bank account under the Sangguniang Kabataan of Sangay.

WHEREAS, there is a need to authorize the new SK Chairperson, Hon. Eldy Bryan
G. Bartolome and the SK Treasurer, Shecaira V. Elardo, for whatever legal transactions they
may enter at Land Bank of the Philippines, Lebak Branch, wherein this Bank is the depository
Bank of this Sangguniang Kabataan of Sangay and that there is a need to present their
signatories for acknowledgement.

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation on the subject matter, it was moved by
HON. JEZIEL C. PANTALEON and seconded by HON. GINABAI S. ALI, be it;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the change of bank account signatories
of Barangay Sangay at Landbank of the Philippines, Lebak Branch. to HON. ELDY BRYAN G.
BARTOLOME - SK CHAIRPERSON AND SHECAIRA V. ELARDO - SK TREASURER

RESOLVED FINALLY to let copies of this resolution be forwarded at Land Bank of the
Philippines, Lebak Branch, their information and ready reference.
