ndia have proved to be the

series against England, being
played at home. India have
already won the 5-match series
by a significant margin, with
one game to spare. In the third
Test, the hosts took an unassail-
able 3-1 lead with a five-wicket

match series in Ranchi. England lost

the hosts in India.
India declared the second innings at 216/3, leaving
the visitors to chase a massive target of 475 runs.
But they lost all their wickets at 153, and India won
the game by 321 runs.
Virat Kohli scored 211 and Ajinkya Rahane 188 in
the first innings.
Ravichandran Ashwin claimed a total of 13 wickets.
2021 -
MUMBAI 372 RUNS
The most unusual of records were made in this
match. In the second game of the series, India scored
325 runs in the first innings. However, New Zealand
collapsed after scoring a mere 62 runs. India followed
it up with 276 for 7 before declaring, leaving the
visitors to chase an incredible total of 540 runs. New
Zealand were bundled out with 167 runs, losing by
a huge 372 runs.
Interestingly, in the first innings, New Zealand’s Ajaz
Patel dismissed all of the 10 Indian batters He is only
