Day 01 – Arrival in Leh & Stay
Morning arrive at Leh Airport. Transfer to hotel. Check in hotel. Its leisure time. Evening free time to visit
Famous Leh market. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 02 – Leh Local Sightseeing & Stay

After freshen up & breakfast full day visit local sightseeing of Leh city (Hall of Fame, Leh Palace, Sangam,
Magnetic Hill, Pathar Saheb Gurudwara, Shanti Stupa) Evening back to hotel. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 03 – Leh to Nubra via Khardung La

After freshen up & breakfast check out from hotel proceed to Nubra, via Khardung la Pass.
Evening arrive at Nubra. Visit Diskit Monestry, Sand Dues at Hunder. Evening check in Campsite.
Overnight stay at Nubra.

Day 04 – Nubra – Turtuk – Nubra

After freshen up & breakfast proceed to Turtuk (India’s Last Village) visit Thang Village. India – Pakistan
Border. Evening back to Campsite. Overnight stay at Nubra.

Day 05 – Nubra – Pangong

After freshen up & breakfast check out from campsite & proceed to Pangong. Evening arrive at
Pangong. Check in campsite. Its leisure time at Pangong Lake. Overnight stay at Pangong.

Day 06 - Pangong – Leh via Chang la Pass

After freshen up & breakfast check out from campsite visit shooting site of movie Three idiots at Pangong
Lake. Then proceed to Leh via Chang La Pass. Evening arrive at Leh city. Visit Rancho’s School. Check in
hotel. Overnight stay at Leh.

 This Tour Cost will be change as per increasing of Fuel Cost.
 All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by guest at the time of checkout.

Information:
 Early check in or Late Checkout charges
 Expenses occurred due to bad weather, flight or ferry cancellation, strike or political unrest to be paid by guest as per actual.
 Additional / Personal use of Vehicle.
 Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Porter age, tips, phone
calls, laundry etc.
 Camera fees, guide charges
 Any increase in taxes of fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may
come into effect prior to departure.
 Any incidental and other expenses which are not specified in the inclusions.
 On tour guest are requested to carry Original & 2 photo (Xerox) copy of any photo ID proof (except pan card) i.e passport
/ Driving License / Adhar Card / Voter ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
 Vehicles will not be at disposal. If guests wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
 Standard Check in time at the hotel is normally 01:00pm. And check out time is 11:00am. An early check in or late checkout
is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
 Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quiet strict about following a schedule.
 Some monuments / Temple may be closed on a particular day of the week or for some days during any festivals or royal
ceremonies.
 If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or manmade calamities, the program
of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passenger.
 As if any passenger have to leave the tour mid – way, due to any reasons like death of a relative, or illness or any other
reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
 In case of road closer due to snow and slippery roads, our vehicle will not be allowed to ply as a precautionary measure.
This is as per government / administration orders only snow jeeps / chained vehicles are allowed to ply. These vehicles can
be hired on a direct payment basis or the same can be arranged by us at an additional cost.
 Driver is not a guide, he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of
visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change.

Payment Term Policy:

 100% of total tour cost will have to be paid 04 days before the date of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations should be communicated in writing through email / whats app. 05% of the total tour cost
will be deducted if the booking is cancelled once it is confirmed.

Cancellation will be levied as following:

21 days prior to the operation of travel date 25% of total tour cost
15 days prior to the operation of travel date 50% of total tour cost
10 days prior to the operation of travel date 75% of total tour cost
Less than 10 days to the operation of travel date 100% of total tour cost
