Opening and closing of Graduating trainees of the college Workshop Schedule Morning:
the workshop 8:30 A.M.-12:30 P.M. Afternoon: 1:30 p.m.- 5:30 P.M

Training Content Eleven modules were covered in the training, covering topics such as
setting yourself up for success, what it takes to be a successful
entrepreneur, developing a self-centered business mindset, identifying
good market opportunities, creating a lean canvas, creating goals-
based businesses, and clarifying where and how one can find money.

Training Objective The principal objectives of the workshop include:

• • Empowering the participants about the qualities of successful
entrepreneurs.
• • Giving the participants the knowledge and skills to identify
entrepreneurial behavior.
• • Giving participants the ability to implement every topic and
module activity into their business.
• • Assist the participants in understanding and refining their
internal control mechanisms.

Various institutions collaborated in a harmonious way to make the

workshop successful. Thus, we would want to take this opportunity
to thank the EDI and Hawelti Axum Polytechnic College for their
tireless efforts in making the graph possible.
Training Methodology Experiential learning enriched with Andragogy
Components of the
Workshop • Selection of participants: Since Hawelti Axum Polytechnic College
were the training's intended audience, the college chose the
participants.
• Items Sent Out: As previously stated in this report, executives were
the target audience for this four-day course. The instruction includes:
An overview of entrepreneurship, including the characteristics of
successful businesspeople and the relationship between economic
growth and creative public sector entrepreneurship. The training
includes program design and future visualization, as well as
entrepreneurial building, invention, and assessment of Ethiopian
entrepreneurial instruments that are internationally recognized.

Overall Workshop The training was very helpful successful. Best
