displayed on your mobile device for boarding.

Boarding begins at the time shown on your ticket. We leave the dock an
hour later and return after approximately 90 minutes on the river.

Departure times are strict. No latecomers. No refunds or exchanges.

No outside food or drink permitted.

Parking at Rafters Landing is open to the general public and can fill up quickly. Please ensure you
leave enough time to find parking. We encourage you to take public transportation, taxi, Uber,
walk and/or car pool.

WEATHER/CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Ship’s Captain makes all decisions regarding the safe sailing of the Edmonton Riverboat.
They may decide to remain at port or return early due to weather, or even cancel sailing entirely
because of inclement conditions. We run rain or shine…though we do cancel in the case of high
winds, heavy lightning or poor air quality. We will provide updates on the website and social
media if we have to cancel an event.
Passenger safety comes first. If your ticket includes food, the Edmonton Riverboat will remain at
dock and your meal will be served there. If the cruise is canceled by the Captain, and passengers
are not permitted onboard the vessel, the ticket price will be refunded, or the cruise re-booked,
at the customer’s option.

We are at the mercy of North Saskatchewan water levels–they fluctuate rapidly and are
unpredictable. We strive to provide the highest quality sailing experience. Be aware that the
sailing route may be adjusted depending on water levels.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY:

By attending this event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video
recording may occur.

You and the other members of your party agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give
permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials, and you agree to
inform them of such.
