Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to


issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the
proposals sent by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent in
Na.Ka.No.11283/2018/A4 dated 02.11.2018 and also the recommendation
sent by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent in Letter No.Ser
4(5)/15775/2016 dated 19.04.2022 based on the directions issued by the
Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.11212/2018 dated 28.04.2018 and pass

appropriate orders in the light of the representation made by the petitioner

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st

respondent to consider the proposals sent by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd

respondent in Na.Ka.No.11283/2018/A4 dated 02.11.2018 and also the

recommendation sent by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent in Letter

No.Ser 4(5)/15775/2016 dated 19.04.2022 based on the directions issued by

the Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.11212/2018 dated 28.04.2018 and pass

appropriate orders in the light of the representation made by the petitioner

dated 15.07.2023.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that despite the

recommendation made by the second respondent in Letter No.Ser

4(5)/15775/2016 dated 19.04.2022 to count the past service for the

pensionary benefits, orders have not been passed by the first respondent.

Hence, seeks a direction.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this

Court directs the first respondent to consider the proposal sent by the second

respondent in Letter No.Ser 4(5)/15775/2016 dated 19.04.2022 and pass

appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a

period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
