Sub: Conduct Feasibility Study for Net Metering and Electricity Management

Dear Sir,

Being a resident of Izmir Housing Society I hereby offer services of my Company to conduct the feasibility
study on Net Metering issues and to assess society's capacity to provide maximum facility to Izmirians to
benefit from Solar System and Net Metering.

Feasibility study shall conduct details technical Analysis of Electricity management, agreement with LESCO,
equipment’s capacity etc.

Further this Feasibility shall also cover line losses if any and how to manage it.

Furthermore this all services shall be without any charges and guess would definitely help Management
Committee (MC) to plan future plans

Let me assure the team deployed to work on this Feasibility would be technically sound in their profession
