INTRODUCTION (MSAM)
PNB’s flagship financial literacy programme, Minggu Saham Amanah Malaysia (MSAM) or
the Malaysia Unit Trust Week was first introduced on 20 April 2000.
The date of 20th April was chosen to commemorate the launch date of PNB's first unit
trust scheme, ASN on 20 April 1981.
MSAM aimed to enhance public understanding of PNB and its portfolio of companies, as
well as to educate the public on investment and financial planning through exhibitions and
interactive edutainment programmes. Since the inaugural event in 2000 until 2019, a total
of twenty (20) MSAM events had been organised nationwide covering all state capitals and
secondary towns in Malaysia.
Describes as the Biggest Financial Literacy Carnival (Karnival Terbesar Literasi Kewangan)
in Malaysia, MSAM 2024 will be held in Setia Alam, Selangor with the theme ‘Bijak Melabur,
Santai Berhibur’.
A&P OBJECTIVE
To raise awareness and attract the crowd to the Minggu Saham Amanah Malaysia event.
The appointed agency is responsible for the overall process of defining specifications,
strategic Advertising & Promotion planning, visualising and creating graphics including
illustrations, animations, logos, layouts and photos for various promotional channels*.

SCOPE OF SERVICES & WORK:
Managing Advertising & Promotions (A&P) related to items listed below:
1. A&P Strategic Plan and Potential Sites
• Scope of work including A&P site planning, survey and consultation (suitable
location, media sizes and specifications).
2. Licensing and Permit
• Scope of work including licensing & permit management, consultation, media space
booking and scheduling of the A&P.
3. Requirements
• Scope of work including the graphic design and animation works of all promotional
items, publication, event and public service announcement (PSA) for MSAM 2024
activities. (Main concept will be provided by PNB)
• To provide three (3) dedicated designers with workstation throughout the MSAM
2024 project from 9 July – 21 August 2024 (10am – 6pm). The designers must be
able to work at Menara PNB Jalan Tun Razak and/or Menara Merdeka 118.
• To provide one (1) dedicated designer with workstation onsite MSAM 2023 from 22
August – 25 August 2024 (9am – 10pm) at Setia Alam for ad-hoc design
requirements.
• To manage all promotional print production, proofing, mock-up, consultation, quality

control, packaging, delivery, installation and dismantle.
• To update all visual promo and maintenance for both printed and digital
advertisement.
• To liaise with Infrastructure agency regarding the related promotional item's

specifications and structure.
• To update a daily report (with images) of installation, maintenance & dismantle

progress – detail report in pdf format.
