SANCTION LETTER

We are pleased to inform you that Prashan Medical Technologies, Coimbatore has approved the sanction of seed funding
Rs.20,000/-to support the development of our innovative product prototype “Wearable knee pain relief pad system for
Knee Osteoarthritis Patients”. We believe this investment will significantly contribute to our growth and operational
objectives. We believe that your expertise and experience will significantly contribute to our ongoing and future projects.
Scope of Work:
As a Consultant for Product Development, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 Collaborating with our internal teams to define product specifications and requirements.
 Developing prototypes and overseeing the product development process from conception to launch.
 Providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and trends.
 Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Terms of Engagement:

 Start Date: 01.08.2024

 Duration: 6 months
 Payment Schedule:

o Components to be purchased for product development supported by Prashan Medical Technologies.

o Payments will be released partially in the following schedule

 Proof of concept – 25% ((Sanction amount – Expenditure) + inclusive of GST))

 Testing and feedback- 75% ((Sanction amount – Expenditure) + inclusive of GST))

information, trade secrets, or intellectual property of the Company that you may access during your engagement.
