W 380 CR High quality in-place recycling of asphalt layers.


▪ Cold In-place Recycling (CIR) and Full Depth Reclamation (FDR): the CR series machines are used
as part of a paving train for the economical cold in-place recycling of road pavements in a single
pass adding cement, emulsion or foamed bitumen, featuring a mixing capacity of up to 800 t/h.

▪ The powerful W 380 CR rear loader recycles extra wide road pavements across the full width,
offering exceptionally high daily performance rates.

▪ Lateral premilling gives the cold recyclers the flexibility needed to rehabilitate road pavements in
a single pass even at widths exceeding the machine’s working width.

▪ The cold recycler can also be used as high-performance milling machines or to granulate
pavement structures.

Milling drum housing FB3800 MCS EXTEND

Wear-resistant milling drum housing FB3800 MCS EXTEND, without a milling


drum, designed to be converted to other milling widths. The machine comes
with the milling width FB3800. Optional attachments for more milling widths
are supplied separately.

MCS EXTEND milling and mixing rotor, FB3800 HT22 LA15 D20, multi-part, with 277 picks.
Multi-part MCS EXTEND milling and mixing rotor with a working width of 3,800 mm, working depth of max. 350
mm, tool spacing of 15 mm, equipped with HT22 toolholder system and 277 picks with shank diameter D20.

Discharge conveyor, 1,100 mm wide, with hydraulic folding device


Robust discharge conveyor with conveyor belt system 1,100 mm and
hydraulic folding device for shortening the transport length. Wide conveyor
slewing angles of 55° each to the left and right enable the material to be
loaded even in difficult situations.

Dual ESL foam bitumen (MCS EXTEND): VARIO spraying system for water and foamed emulsion (800 l/min, 500
kg/min)
System is suitable for precisely adding water and bitumen emulsion or foam
bitumen. Two VARIO spray systems for the separate addition of binding agents.
Water is added via an eccentric auger pump (max. 800 l/min), a flow-through
meter and a basic spray bar for a width of 3200 mm.
Foamed bitumen or emulsion is added via a second electrically heated bitumen
spraying system consisting of a gear pump (max. 500 kg/min), a bitumen filter,
a flow- through meter, a process water pump and monitor and a basic spray
bar for a width of 3200 mm. The nozzles of both spraying bars are equipped
with an adjustable nozzle cross- section for adjusting the spraying pressure. The spraying bars are designed to
be converted to other milling widths.

Both spray bars have a special, automatically operating nozzle cleaning function. Furthermore, the spraying
width can be set individually. The quantities added are controlled by a microprocessor. Straightforward operation
on a color display. Including two connecting rods for pushing tank trucks. (MCS EXTEND)

Weather canopy. electro-hydraulic fold-down feature

Operator's platform equipped with weather canopy including windscreen and


rear window. The canopy is equipped with extensions on both sides and
protects the entire operator's platform from rain and sunlight. The canopy
itself is made of highly durable GFRP and the windscreen and rear window are
scratch-resistant laminated protective glass. The canopy can be folded up
electrohydraulically to facilitate machine transport.

A hydraulically adjustable deflector plate at the end of the discharge conveyor


guarantees a guided material flow for a controlled loading process.

Expansion LEVEL PRO with an additional operating display, including required
connection cable.

Cross-slope sensor for machine


Expansion of levelling system with electronic slope control sensor. Allows the machine
to be aligned according to the required transverse tilt.

High-pressure water cleaner, 190 bar, 15 l/min


Hydraulically operated high-pressure water cleaner with a maximum performance of 15
l/min at 190 bar pressure. Ideal for daily cleaning of the machine.

3" hot bitumen suction hose, 4,000 LG - tanker connection


3" hot bitumen connection hose, 4m long for connecting the machine to the bitumen
tanker. Fitted with DIN EN 14420-6 tanker hose connection couplings.
3" water or emulsion suction hose, 5,000 LG - tanker connection
3" suction hose, 5m long, for connecting between the machine and water or emulsion
