Textile and Dye Sub Ink Type and Electronic Alignments

In the 1628/2628TD, 1624W and 1638W printers, we have added a variety of firing frequencies
(labeled 'ink type' in Maintenance Mode) in order to be able to better jet a wide variety of textile
and dye sublimation inks.

To insure the best droplet formation possible all ink types other than RJ-FGINK print only with
the 320 cps carriage speed. The 460 cps is disabled for all other "ink types".

In current firmware 2.04 and lower, uni and bi directional alignments are still visible, but do not
function properly when any other ink type other than RJ-FGINK is selected.

If you have created profiles with any other ink type, there will not be a reduction in speed, as it
never used the 460 cps in the first place and defaults to and ONLY prints 320 cps.

If you are running any ink type other than RJ-FGINK, it is not necessary or recommended to try
and adjust alignment for 460 cps modes and head heights.

Below are the current ink types, located in Maintenance Mode, Parameter/Update/Ink Types,
with recommended starting parameters for various inks:

RJ-FGINK(Default)
RJ-FG2INK
VJ-DTSINK
VJ-DPSINK
RJ-80DS1 (Kian Transfer : J-Teck, Sensient S4)
RJ-80DD (Kian Direct)

In addition to the above 6 waveforms, following 3 TD waveforms has ORIGINAL and Type B.

RJ-FG2INK (Original RJ Waterbase Head waveform)

VJ-DTSINK (Sawgrass Sublim Transfer)
VJ-DPSINK (Sawgrass Sublim Direct)

*Type B
Increased micro vibration time. Works for nozzle dropout.
When choosing VSD 1 waveform, CR speed will slightly drop. (320cps => 310cps)
