about Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the said City and Township, one SEAN JOSEPH GOE in violation of 2919.25 (A), of
the Ohio Revised Code with a degree of M1 did:

(A) No person shall knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to a family or household member.

Victim(s): RAYCHEL SHERIDAN

TO WIT

Defendant, Sean Goe, did knowingly cause physical harm to the victim, Raychel Sheridan, who was his live-in girlfriend.
Specifically, defendant did strike the victim on or about the head and body causing her death.

about Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the said City and Township, one SEAN JOSEPH GOE in violation of 2927.01(B) of
the Ohio Revised Code with a degree of F5 did:

(B) No person, except as authorized by law, shall treat a human corpse in a way that would outrage reasonable
community sensibilities.

TO WIT

Defendant, Sean Goe, abused the corpse of another, the victim, Raychel Sheridan in a way that would outrage reasonable
community sensibilities. Specifically, the defendant transported her corpse in a vehicle and disposed of her body in a trash
reciprocal.

purposely cause the death of another or the unlawful termination of another’s pregnancy .
