Responsibility:-
Making and updating daily QC report, studying and analyzing the
daily reports.
Inspection of all incoming material as per specification.
Handling shop floor activity by handling QA team coordinating
with other concerns as per systems.
Analysis of Nonconforming Products.
To maintain the record of ISO.
Handling all types of checking m/c like-Izod impact tester, MFI, Melting point.
Vibration tester, Hardness tester, Lid fitment tester, drop test.
SAP handling for making of Q.C.clear and reservation.
Looking to Raw Material testing & product testing.
BIS? documentation & ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 documentation.
Testing, MFI, CBC, ESCR, Moisture content. Tensile strength.
ASH content. Hydrostatic pressure.impact.overall migration. Density test. Reversion test.

Salary- Open
Exp.- 4 To 8 Years Exp.In Quality Control
Job Location - Daman
Qualification- B.Sc Or Any Degree / Diploma in Engineering
