1. Customer Package
Objects to be created below are required to be maintained in customer namespace.
In order to transport them across customer landscape, please create a customer package for
objects created in this note, or chose and existing customer package.

2. Database Table ZEDOAIFIDXREQ


2.1. Go to transaction SE11.
2.2. Select the Database Table radio button and enter ZEDOAIFIDXREQ.
2.3. Choose the Create push button.
2.4. Enter eDocument request AIF index table as the Short Description.
2.5. In the Delivery and Maintenance tab page, enter following attributes:
Delivery class: A Application table (master and transaction data)
Data Browser/Table View Editing: X Display/Maintenance Allowed
2.6. Select the Fields tab page.
2.7. Insert the following values and press ENTER:

2.8. Save your changes.


When prompted for a package, enter the package created / chosen in step 1.
2.9. Choose the Technical Settings push button ( ).
Enter APPL1 as Data Class.
Enter 6 as Size Category.
Select the Buffering not allowed checkbox.
2.10. Save your changes.
2.11. Choose the Back button ( ).
2.12. Choose from the menu Extras -> Enhancement Category.
Select the Can be enhanced (deep) checkbox.
2.13. Save and activate your changes.

2.14. Choose the Indexes push button ( ).


Note: for SAP HANA Database, indexes are not required
2.15. Chose the Create index button ( ).

Enter Z01 as Index Name.

Choose the green push button.

Enter eDocument GUID as Short Description.

Select Non-unique index -> For selected database systems.
Choose the Database System button ( )
Select Exclusion list and enter HDB as DBName

Choose the green push button.

Enter MANDT and EDOC_GUID as Field Name (see screenshot below).

2.16. Activate your changes choosing the Activate push button ( ).


2.17. Choose the Back button ( ).

2.18. Chose the Create Index button ( ).

Enter Z02 as Index Name.

Choose the green push button.

Enter Application keys as the Short Description.

Select Non-unique index -> For selected database systems.


Choose the Database System button ( )
Select Exclusion list and enter HDB as DBName

Choose the green push button.

Enter MANDT, SOURCE_TYPE and SOURCE_KEY as Field Name (see screenshot below).

2.19. Activate your changes choosing the Activate push button ( ).


2.20. Choose the Back push button ( ) and return to main Dictionary, change table screen.

2.21. Save and activate your changes.

3. Database Table ZEDOAIFIDXRES
3.1. Go to transaction SE11.
3.2. Select the Database Table radio button and enter ZEDOAIFIDXREQ (table created in step 2
above).
3.3. Choose the Copy push button ( ).
Enter ZEDOAIFIDXREQ as From Table.
Enter ZEDOAIFIDXRES as To Table.

When prompted for a package, enter the package created / chosen in step 1.
3.4. Choose the Change push button to edit the table just created.
3.5. Change the Short description to eDocument response AIF index table.
3.6. Save and activate your changes.
