SUCCESS STORY

Hi my name is Jen B.Paculanang .I live in Pacuan Lalibertad Negros Oriental .I'm 20 years
old .A fresh college graduate with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in
Social Science. Since I was in my first year college I was living away from my family so I could be
closer to school. I barely got to see my family since we too from each other .My father is a
construction worker and my mother is a housewife. We are four siblings, I am the 3rd child and
the only one girl in the family. My parents were my main source of strength.I really admire
them for their courage in facing everyday challenges and their positive outlook in every
situation. That despite of their low income they send us all in college. Despite of all the
struggles & challenges especially financial challenge that I've been through ,ups and downs and
in between , I never stopped dreaming .

I am so lucky to have a TWSP scholarship of TESDA and as well as of PSMI because maybe
if I was not able to enrolled Contact Center Services NC 11 ,I can't pass my very first interview
in a call center.Because I don't know what is a call center all about . I'm very grateful to God
that I am fortunate to have it in just a first try. Thanks to TESDA especially to my ever
supportive instructor Mrs.Myrel Dela Cruz who pushes me to the limits , for sharing her
knowledge , helping me grow, and for empowering me to get a job to help my family and build
my first career in a call center company.Everything I've learned in my training helps me boost
my confidence as I pursue my career in the call center industry. It was a tough challenge for me
because I am not fluent in speaking English , but there was too much hope and determination
running through me that even though I knew I was going to have a tough time especially in
doing mock calls ,mock interview ,role playing about professionalism.I never thought of giving
up until I can improve myself . And now I'm currently working in I-CONN SOLUTIONS PH. while
I'm having a review . Hopefully this coming Sept. I can pass the LET .May our Lord God bless
each and everyone of us!!!.
