Session Title: "Embracing Grace: Nurturing Humility for Personal and Collective
Growth""
Session At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
Objectives: a) Define Humility
b) Reflect on Personal Experiences
c) Evaluate the Impact of Humility
Key Concepts:  Modesty: Humility involves a modest and unpretentious
attitude towards oneself. It is about avoiding arrogance or an
exaggerated sense of self-importance.
 Respect for Others: Humility includes treating others with
respect and recognizing their worth and contributions. It
involves valuing the perspectives and experiences of others.
 Empathy: Understanding and sharing the feelings of others.
Humility involves the ability to empathize with the experiences
and challenges faced by others.
 Non-judgmental Attitude: Humility involves refraining from
harsh judgments of others and being compassionate in
understanding that everyone has their strengths and
weaknesses.

 Collect the paper and shuffle them. Then,


redistribute the paper randomly so that each
student receives someone else's paper.
 Instruct students to take a few moments to read
the paper they've received. Encourage them to put
themselves in the shoes of the person described on
the paper and consider the emotions, challenges,
or successes that person might be facing.
 Facilitate a class discussion where students share
their reflections on the experience. Ask questions
such as:

 How did it feel to step into someone else's shoes?


 What did you learn about the challenges or joys
others may be experiencing?
 Did this activity change your perspective on
empathy and humility?
