Notes :
1. Inspection call and inspection venue details will be shared to M/s WP&HPCL prior to inspection at least 7 days in advance.
2. QAP & FAT Procedure for RTU, TIC Cabinets will be submitted separately after getting the manufacturing clearance for RTU and TIC cabinet systems.
3. FAT Procedure for APPS and I-FAT Procedure for SCADA Systems will be submitted separately after getting the approval for FDS.
4. Complete RTU FAT will be conducted at RTU vendor’s works and Integrated SCADA FAT will be conducted at ECIL works with standard RTU setups
available at ECIL. Integrated testing of complete SCADA and RTU systems will be carried out during SAT.
