“A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMINGTHE DESIGNATION OF HARRY A.

SUYU AS CHILD REPRESENTATIVE OF CALILILLIAUAN BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN”.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 839 (5) and 395 (a) of the Local Government Code, the
power of appointment as Punong Barangay and is subject to the approval by
most of the members of the Sangguniang Barangay.
WHEREAS , the designation of HARRY A. SUYU as Child Representative of the Barangay
Council for the Protection of Children of Barangay Calilliauan, Solana, Cagayan, was
presented to the Sangguniang Barangay for confirmation.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Jennifer A. Sabado, Chairman Committee on
Violence against Women and Children and Protection of Children, duly seconded by
Hon. Joseph Q. Ballad, with the concurrence of all the members in the session, be it;
RESOLVED, to approve and confirm the designation of HARRY A. SUYU as Child
Representative of the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children of Barangay
Calilliauan, Solana, Cagayan.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned for their
information and guidance.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to transcribe and furnish copies of this resolution for information
and guidance to other authorities concerned for their information and appropriate
action.
