In this assignment, you are expected to draw on the lectures and tutorials on managing a diverse and multicultural workforce. Choose a multinational company (MNC) with a diverse and multicultural workforce. Students are expected to address the following issues: 1. Introduce the company’s history. 2. Based on the content covered in the course, provide examples of how the MNC has performed managerial activities in a multicultural environment. 3. Analyze the advantages and problems of managing a diverse and multicultural workforce in the MNC. 4. On reflection, what advice would you give to that MNC to make the best of its diverse workforce?
