Non-Disclosure Agreement

WHEREAS, PR First Feature Pvt. Ltd; hereinafter referred to as the “Media Production
Company”, is distributors of a Horror Genre films of 5 subsequent titles for India,
hereinafter referred to as the “Project”.
This agreement is made this ____ day of ___, 20___ by and between the Film
Streaming Company BookMyShow and PR First Feature Pvt. Ltd. The Film Streaming
Company (BMS Streaming Platform) is considered as 3rd Party hereinafter.

1. All information disclosed by the Media Production Company which includes any and
all information provided by its individuals and/or employees, written, electronic or oral,
that relates or refers directly or indirectly, is deemed confidential and shall constitute
Confidential Information.

2. The Confidential Information shall remain the property of the Media Production
Company and shall not be disclosed or revealed to anyone except to the BookMyShow,
assigns unless there is express written permission given by the Media Production
Company. The undersigned shall be responsible for any improper disclosure of
Confidential Information.

3. The trust fee should be borne by BookMyShow approx. INR 1,75,000/- which is one
time and subsequently deducted towards the revenue earned of the same amount in the
BMS’s streaming platform.

4. The film supply by PR First Feature Pvt. Ltd to BookMyShow will come in act as soon
as the Non-Disclosure Agreement is ascertained and heresigned.

5. This agreement in no way guarantees, or suggests, that the undersigned will be

employed, or compensated for time or expenses as it pertains to the development and
evaluation of the Project.

6. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any
reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement as of the day and
year first written
above.
