Mathematics 12 Pre-calculus: Student Course Plan

Last & First Name:___________ ___________

Fill in the “Completion Date” column with approximate days. You
should believe you can reasonably complete these activities on those
days. Please also consider the 12 month school deadline (starting after a
student passes their AA) and any post secondary application deadlines
as you set up your expectations for success in this course.
Please note each section is composed of video lessons which we would like students to
take notes on and practice questions based on those same lessons.
On average each section takes 2 to 5 hours to complete.

Unit Reviews usually consist of a Self Assessment assignment (treated like a practice
exam), self-marking of that assignment, practice quizzes, and a practice test.
On average unit reviews take 10 hours minimum.

There is a Financial Inquiry Project presentation for this course after you finsh the first
two units.

When you are inside the online textbook this Icon shown above but found on the left
hand side of your online textbook pages can help you plan your successful course
completion through the use of a Course Calendar.
