Nowadays, shopping is quite popular in people’s lives for many different ages, depending on each person’s
preferences. Most people currently prefer online shopping, so today I will present the pros and cons of
online shopping.

First, I will discuss the pros of online shopping. It saves time for both buyers and sellers, as buyers do not
have to travel and sellers do not need to show their goods one by one. Therefore, it brings in more benefits
than in store shopping. Furthermore, they can get a perfect idea of the prices and easily compare the
products before hitting the purchase button, leading to significant cost benefits for shoppers. In this way,
people can make more sensible decisions after evaluating and considering the price, size, and models.

On the other hand, shopping online doesn’t allow you to touch or see the products; in reality, maybe it's
hard to examine the quality of the products. As a result, you can purchase products of poor quality, and
sometimes it is impossible to return or exchange the products, which leads to wasting money.

That’s all about online shopping. Thanks for listening.

Hello everyone my name is Ken , I'm 14 years old and I study at Tây Á English Center. Today I'm going to
talk about pros and cons of traditional shopping

I would like to talk about the pros of traditional shopping. First, traditional shopping gives us a chance to
check products directly by hand. If we buy directly, we can also check whether the products are good. If
there are bad products, that store will have no customers. Second, that is about the quick time you get
products. Consumers can buy products and take them home immediately, without waiting for delivery.
Finally, about the shipping fees. When you buy something directly at store, you don’t need to pay for
shipping fees.

On the other hand, traditional shopping will become difficult if our location is far from the store. Because
we have to spend a lot of time going to the store. Next, purchasing will be very difficult if the store has
many people. Because to pay for products, we need to line up. Finally, returning goods is difficult for
customers. For example, some products cannot be returned in some cases.

That’s all about traditional shopping. Thanks for listening.

Today I want to talk about pros and cons of traditional shopping.

On the one hand, since a long time ago, buying things directly at department stores or large markets has
always been very popular with people because you can buy things you like and you can touch, feel, and
even try the product before buying. Next, shopping in a store is a way to interact socially with other sellers
and buyers. Finally, buyers can receive direct advice from store staff about products, compare them and
choose the product that suits their needs.

On the other hand, traditional shopping will takes you a lot of time to find what you want to buy, which
can be inconvenient for people with busy schedules or living in areas far from shopping centers. Compared
to online shopping, traditional shopping often has limited product selection because physical stores
cannot display all items like on online shopping sites. Maybe you can get cheaper prices on online
shopping than on traditional shopping.

I really like traditional shopping. What about you? Do you prefer online shopping or traditional shopping?

Today, I’m going to talk about pros and cons of online shopping.

First of all, we’re going to talk about the pros of online shopping. As you know, online shopping is very
convenient, you can shop anytime, anywhere, without being restricted by store hours or location. Also, it
is easy to send gifts. Sending gifts directly to recipients is simplified with online shopping, and you can
avoid crowded stores and long checkout lines, which is another significant benefit, especially during busy
seasons or holidays.

On the other hand, online shopping also has some cons. Like shipping costs, sometimes you have to pay
extra to get your items delivered quickly, especially if you want them right away. The second disadvantage
is online safety; you need to be careful about sharing personal information online and make sure you’re
buying from a safe website. Finally, returning products can be tricky if they don’t fit you or you don’t like
them. If returning them is accepted, you might have to send them back, which can take time.

That’s all about online shopping. Thanks for listening.

5. Hùng

Hi everyone,my name is Hùng. I study English at Tay A center. Today, I will talk about stores should or
shoudn’t open 24 hours a day.

I think stores should be opened 24 hours a day because some following reasons:

First, there are not many stores open the whole day, so people, especially workers who work night shifts,
have problems wanting to buy something, so the stores should be opened 24 hours a day and can help
them buy what they need.

Second, the stores are opened 24 hours a day, which means they have many shifts, so students in certain
circumstances or people who are unemployed can work to cover meal expenses and tuition.

Finally, the stores are opened 24 hours a day and have night shifts, which means they have additional
income for the development and expansion of their stores, more people will be employed, and the
unemployment rate will decrease.

That’s all information I want to say about this topic. Thank you for your listening.

Some people think that stores shouldn't be opened 24 hours a day because it will has dangers involed,
but I believe that stores should be opened 24 hours a day because of the following benefits:

For customers, imagine if you need something like food, toys, or school supplies, and you can go to the
store any time, even at night! That makes it super convenient for everyone.

For staff, if stores are opened all the time, they need more people to work. This means more jobs for
people to work, because staff need to serve customers all day. This requires enough staff to cover shifts.
This makes it easy for management to check security "to ensure safety and operational efficiency".

For stores' economy, when stores are opened all day and night, they can sell more things. Convenient
times will help attract more customers to choose the store as a place to shop regularly. This helps the
store make more money. That's all. Thank you for listening!
