Dear Sir,

Good day!

Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my position as Junior

Microfinance Officer. My last day of employment will be on June 31, 2023. This was
not an easy decision for me to make but I need to sacrifice my job for now because
my six (6) months old baby needed my care, love, full time and attention.

I value the time I have spent with ASA Philippines Foundation Inc., and the friends
I have made. This position has taught me invaluable lesson about microfinance and
for this, I am very grateful. I do feel, however, a change in my priorities in life are
now different in order for me to give my best in taking care of my baby.

I have the outmost respect for you and wish nothing but the best for you and to
ASA Philippines Foundation Inc. I will be happy to do whatever I can to make this
transition as easy as possible. For the settlement of my account, please forward the
original copy of my requirements and my APCC savings at B1438 San Fernando
Branch for the reason that my residence is near at that branch. For any question,
