INTRODUCTION TO PUBLIC POLICYMAKING: Pre-Assessment Form

Purpose and Guidance: There are two purposes to this assessment form:

● For the Institute for Policy, Strategy and Development, Inc. (IPSDI) to get a gauge of the
participants’ current knowledge and capacity on the topic of public policymaking.
● For IPSDI to determine the profile, background information and expectations of
participants in the conduct of this training.

The information you provide in this assessment will contribute to IPSDI’s internal and donor
reports. However, please note that we will not share any personally identifiable information and
will not attribute you directly to any of the results. We will store the collected assessments securely
and not share them with people outside the organizers.
