The DKT Philippines Foundation Inc. gear up toward innovative ways to deliver family planning services and
reproductive health programs, anchored from the 8-point action agenda of the National Objectives for
Health Sector 2023-2028 specifically “Enabling Filipinos to be healthy by supporting the government
through distribution of RH commodities and outreach activities”.

For program year 2024, we desire to strengthen partnership with Cebu City by expanding our Service
Outreach Distribution Extension (SODEX) Program to cover more communities in the province and provide
free family planning services.
In line with this, we would like to invite you, FP Coordinator, Dr. Nainda Claud and Ms. Linel Vallespin for
an inception meeting on July 17, 2024, 9am – 12nn at Golden Prince Hotel and Suites, Acacia Street, cor.
Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City, to discuss the implementation of the Service Outreach Distribution
Extension (SODEX) Program in your province. Attached herewith is the draft Partnership Agreement (PA) for
your review and approval.
