● After the orientation to before the first live session - FLTs will schedule a
“Meet and Greet” Session with their respective classes
● The Meet and Greet Session may be between 30 minutes to an hour
● The Meet and Greet Session will cover:

○ Reiteration of key course information (schedules, requirements,


policies, assessment)

○ Levelling of expectations between FLT and Learners


○ Information on class communication channel (e.g. Group Chat)

○ Others as may be applicable

CONTEXT

○ To be conducted between May 9 to 12


○ Grades for all submissions, including for the participation in
Synchronous and Asynchronous sessions should already be completed
prior to the revalida

○ Only learners who have an overall passing rating will be scheduled for
the revalida
