ORDER
As per Government Order read as 1 st paper above, Government
issued guidelines for the deputation of Engineers in Public Works
Department to Post Graduate Degree Courses which were modified as
per the Government Order read as 2nd paper above. As per the
Government Order read as 3rd paper above, two seats have been reserved
for the sponsored candidates from among the engineers in Public Works
Department for M.Tech Civil Engineering Course in any of the
specialization in Structural/Geo Tech/Traffic and Transportation
Engineering branches in Government Engineering Colleges.

2.As per the letter read as 4th paper above, the Chief Engineer
(Administration) has submitted proposal for the deputation of Engineers
in Public Works Department to Post Graduate Degree Courses for the
academic year 2024-25, and requested Government to issue necessary
orders in this regard.

3.Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to

accord sanction for the deputation of the following Engineers to Post
Graduate Degree Courses for the academic year 2024-25.

4. The Chief Engineer (Administration) Public Works Department
shall ensure that, if any of the selected candidate is not able to join the
course for any reason, the matter shall be informed to the authorities well
before the last date for submitting the application for the course, so that
the next eligible candidate can apply for the course.
