II. RATIONALE:
To determine the progress and efficiency in the implementation of programs, projects and
activities for the year 2023, the Barangay San Vicente will give recognition to those employees who
shows outstanding performance for the year 2023. With this kind of employees’ appreciation,
everyone in the barangay will be motivated to perform at their best and to deliver their best services
to the people.

III. OBJECTIVES
Conducting the said event shall be able:
1. To evaluate the progress and results of implementation of programs and activities for the
year 2023.
2. To develop team work.
3. To unite to achieve a common goal.
4. To provide motivation to each and every one in the barangay.

IV. PARTICIPANTS
All Barangay Councils, Functionaries, SK Officials and Purok Leaders are expected to
participate in this team building and year – end assessment activities.

V. DURATION and VENUE

The said activity is scheduled to be held on December 26, 2023 at Barangay San Vicente,
Covered Court, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

VI. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

The amount of P 45,000.00 is allocated in the activity, with the following breakdown, to wit:

YEAR – END EVALUATION

NARRATIVE REPORT

The Year – End Evaluation kicked off on December 26, 2023, with the Performance Evaluation
conducted by the Barangay Officials started at 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This activity conducted by the
Barangay Councils headed by Hon. Israel B. Manalo, Punong Barangay. He asked the selected staff,
functionary and purok leader to share their achievements, challenges, and growth areas, for the year
2023 and reinforcing the Barangay’s commitment to individual’s development. Snacks was served.

The Evaluation started with an opening prayer led by Hon. Johnny M. Roble, barangay
kagawad member followed by the singing of the national anthem conducted by Hon. Lea L. Benaldo,
barangay kagawad member. There are also some parts where all the Barangay Council give their
short inspirational messages, also the sk chairperson. Then selected purok leaders, bplk and staff
give their reports and short messages. Alternatively, the barangay staffs, councils, bhw, and Sk
officials perform their intermission numbers. For a moment of relaxation, we served lunch while
having conversation.

In the afternoon, the barangay secretary and day care worker prepared some games such as
bring me, sack race, English to Tagalog translation and pop me. A heartly snack followed bringing
everyone together for a moment of relaxation and bonding. The event concluded with a Word of
Thanks delivered by Hon. Israel B. Manalo, Punong Barangay expressing gratitude for the hard work
and dedication exhibited throughout the year.

Reflecting on this event, it was evident that the Year-End Evaluation not only served as a
platform to assess collective achievements but also fostered a sense of unity and appreciation among
the team, laying the groundwork for continued success in the upcoming year.
