Subject: Improved Coordination Request

Dear Mr. Martirez,

We are writing to address a concern regarding the recent maintenance activity conducted by MERALCO
in our building, The Icon Plaza located at 25th Street, BGC, Taguig City.

As previously communicated, there was a scheduled electrical power interruption for maintenance
purposes today between 9:00AM and 9:05AM and between 1:55PM and 2:05PM. Unfortunately, your
team arrived at the site significantly late, around 10:08 am, without prior notification and they needed
to proceed with the scheduled activity despite the delay.

The delay caused confusion and inconvenience to the administrative office, residents, and commercial
occupants. For future maintenance activities, we kindly request that scheduled times be communicated
at least 3 days in advance and strictly adhered to. If there are any anticipated delays, please inform us in
advance so that necessary preparations can be made.

In light of this situation, we kindly request a direct contact number that we can contact during such
instances. This will enable us to communicate more effectively and confirm activities, ensuring smoother
coordination and minimizing disruptions for the residents and building operations.

We anticipate your prompt response and appreciate your attention.
