Abstract: Data security with high transmission rate is one of major concern in these days especially for multiple users. An optical
wireless satellite network basis optical wireless communication (OWC) with optical code division multiplexing (OCDM) system is
proposed. Diagonal double weight (DDW) code is employed to enhance the system security and cost effectiveness with minimum
channel interference. The obtained simulation results revealed the maximum bidirectional transmission range of the system of 8000km
at 20Gbps per link traffic rate. The traffic rate can be improved upto maximum 90Gbps over 5000km range. Also, the system employing
DDW code can handle upto 340 satellite links simultaneously. Besides this, the model comparison with others shows its optimum
performance over other for various satellite applications

Abstract: The mortality and morbidity rates associated with breast cancer are extremely high. In the fight against breast cancer (BC),
a correct diagnosis is crucial. The diagnostic process can benefit from the application of machine-learning (ML) and deep-learning (DL)
strategies. In this paper, a deep-recurrent-neural-network (DRNN) technique optimized for breast cancer analysis using RNN and the
Keras-Tuner optimization technique is proposed. The input layer, five hidden layers, five dropout layers, and the output layer make up
the optimized DRNN. It fine-tuned the dropout layer’s neurologist count and firing rate for each successive hidden layer. The most crucial
data points have been elected utilizing three different feature-selection methods. The optimized DRNN was contrasted to five standard
ML strategies: decision-tree (DT), support-vector-machine (SVM), random-forest (RF), Naïve-Bayes (NB), and the K-nearest neighbor
algorithm (KNN). The elected features have been applied to both standard ML models and optimized DRNN. The outcomes showed that,
compared to the other models, the cross-validation (CV) and testing outcomes were best achieved (99.16%) by the optimized DRNN
with the features picked by univariate.

Abstract: Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) present unique challenges in terms of dynamic topology and limited resources,
necessitating the use of efficient routing algorithms to guarantee reliable communication. This study proposes AGRA (Ant Colony Grid-
based Routing Algorithm), a novel algorithm that integrates the advantages of ant colony optimisation (ACO) and grid-based routing to
improve the routing performance in MANETs. The proposed algorithm employs the swarm intelligence of ant colonies to explore the
network and identify optimal paths, while the grid-based structure improves scalability and reduces latency. The proposed protocol is

found to outperform extant routing protocols in terms of packet delivery ratio (PDR), end-to-end delay (E2ED), network throughput (NT),
and energy efficiency (EE) as determined by extensive simulations evaluating performance. AGRA achieves PDR of 98%, E2ED of 0.9s,
NT of 86 KB/s, and EE of 35.23%, making it appropriate for a variety of applications, such as emergency response systems and military
communications.

Babasaheb S Satpute (Jain University)*; Raghav Yadav (SHUATS); Pramod Yadav (SHUATS)

Abstract: In the realm of workforce dynamics and income inequality, the accurate prediction of employee salaries serves as a vital
endeavor to foster understanding and address disparities. This research paper delves into the development and implementation of a
machine learning system aimed at predicting employee salaries. The dataset employed in this study encompasses a comprehensive
collection of salary and demographic information, intricately intertwined with years of experience. The dataset’s heterogeneous attributes
encompass a spectrum of socio-demographic factors, including age, gender, education, country, and race. This confluence of variables
provides an expansive landscape for analysis, enabling researchers to unearth intricate patterns and trends in income distribution across
diverse demographic categories. Such exploration facilitates the identification of potential inequalities or variations in earning potential,
fostering insights into the interplay between socio-demographic factors and remuneration. The distinct feature of incorporating years
of experience within the dataset introduces an additional dimension to the analysis. This dynamic facet empowers researchers to
investigate the interrelation between professional tenure and salary levels. By evaluating how income evolves with both demographic
characteristics and accumulated work experience, the study offers a holistic perspective on income diversity within today’s workforce.
The core objective of this research paper is to devise and implement machine learning algorithms capable of accurately predicting
employee salaries based on the amalgamation of socio-demographic attributes and professional experience. Through rigorous analysis
and model development, the paper endeavors to unveil the intricate web of factors influencing earning potential.

Abstract: Medical Decision Support System (MDSS) maps patient information to effective diagnostic and therapeutic pathways.
In order to give a robust response to the medical information issue in the situation of missing information, this research presents a
comparative examination of various machine learning classifiers for a medical decision-support system. We offer a comparative analysis
of an integrated medical decision support system in this paper to help with clinical decisions including the prescription of medications.
This study also examines the implementation outcomes brought about by using comparison representations and machine learning
techniques to fill in the gaps in the data.
