karakteristik dari barang.
Dokumen teknis termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada (jika
diminta) :
 Gambar teknis dengan skala
 Brosur dari pabrikan
 Tata waktu pengadaan/fabrikasi hingga proses
pengiriman ke lokasi yang diminta oleh PERUSAHAAN
 Sertifikat dari pabrikan
 Sertifikat dari klas bila sudah ada atau pernyataan akan
kesediaan untuk memberikan sertifikat klas jika
ditunjuk sebagai pemenang
 Surat dukungan dari agen atau pabrikan
Technical Requirements: subject to COMPANY’s
standard requirement and will depend on the nature and
characteristic of the goods.
Technical document including but not limited to (if
requested):
 Technical drawing with scale
 Brochure from manufacturer
 Procurement or manufacturing time line up to
delivery process to the intended location as
specified by COMPANY
 Manufacture certificate
 Class certificate if has been available or statement
willingness to provide class certificate if awarded as
the winner
 Supporting letter from agent or manufacturer

 Details requirement are as per attached RFQ form with additional specification as per technical
requirement row
2 Submission  Quotation to be submitted in One Envelope System.
Document  Quotation must be valid for 90 (ninety) days as minimum
3 Price  Price shall be quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
 Cost not identified at the time of the original quotation will not be considered
 Any cost related to the supply and delivery of Materials/Equipments/Goods up to the final point of
delivery, such as: freight, handling, packing, insurance, etc. must be included in each individual
item or in overall price
4 Delivery Terms  Delivery Place is: Senipah warehouse PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam
& Condition  Expected Delivery Time: Maximum 8 weeks ARO

8 Bank Account All payment of invoice to VENDOR shall be made to VENDOR’s IDR account within Indonesian State
Owned Bank (Bank BUMN) or Bank BUMD. Notification of new detail referential of BI Regulation is
available in General Condition of Purchase Goods (PTK007R4).
9 Other terms Other terms and conditions can be found in the General Conditions of Purchase (GCP)
