KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale executed by and between:

DANIEL D. CABANGANGAN JR., and MA. BABILLA O. CABANGANGAN,

Filipino, of legal age, with residence at Block 3 Lot 2, Phase O, Brgy. Narra, Francisco
Homes I, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDOR”;

hereinafter referred to as the “VENDEE”.

WITNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at Block 3 Lot
2, Phase O, Brgy. Narra, Francisco Homes I, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, covered
by TCT No. T - ___________ of the Registry of Deeds Meycauayan, Bulacan, Province of
Bulacan, more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, VENDOR has offered to sell the above-described parcel of land and the
VENDEE has agreed to buy;.

WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing promises and particularly in

Philippine Currency, receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR from
the VENDEE, the VENDOR hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS AND CONVEYS and by these
presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto the VENDEE his heirs,
successors, and assigns the above-described portion parcel of land free from all liens and
encumbrances.
