TERMS AND CONDITION
We are pleased to inform that AKTIO can include INSURANCE coverage for machines on rental to your company
should your company require.
Insurance coverage is for FIRE , FLOOD and THEFT only.
The insurance premium is 10% of the monthly rental rate.
EXCESS clause is 10% of the amount claimed or minimum RM3,000.00, whichever is higher to be BORNE by your company.
INSURANCE coverage is only applicable for machines used at your site only.
Forklift USED ON SLOPES and any damages, the hirer is responsible to pay for the repair cost.
Above prices are strictly based on bare rental and excluding the supply of diesel, cables, installation, etc.
Any damages due to your mishandling, all repair cost shall be borne by you.
Rental commences once the item leaves our yard and terminates upon the receipt of items in our yard.
Rental Rates
Daily Rate - Daily rental rates shall be chargeable up to a maximum of the weekly rental rate should
the rental period falls within 6 days.
Weekly Rate - Weekly rental rates shall be chargeable up a maximum of the monthly rental rate
subject to a minimum rental period of 7 days but not exceeding 30 days.
Monthly Rate - Monthly rental rates shall be chargeable as quoted.
Prorated Monthly rate over 30 days- Rental rates shall be chargeable based on a 30 days pro-rated monthly rate
beginning from the second month of rental.
Rental rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
All equipment are meant for maximum 10 hours operation per day unless otherwise indicated.
Insurance to be borne by Hirer.
DELIVERY : STOCK AVAILABILITY IS SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION AT THE POINT OF ORDER.
VALIDITY : THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM DATE OF THIS QUOTATION.
PAYMENT : 1 MONTH DEPOSIT and 1 MONTH ADVANCE
CONFIRMATION : ALL CONFIRMATION MUST BE FOLLOWED BY AN OFFICIAL PURCHASE ORDER ISSUED BY YOU IN OUR
FAVOUR QUOTING OUR OFFICIAL QUOTATION REFERENCE NUMBER.
