The GMP Immersion Program:
In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, managers face a multitude of contemporary
challenges that require innovative solutions and adaptive leadership. The emergence of new
technologies, shifting market dynamics, environmental concerns, and evolving organizational
structures demand that managers not only stay informed but also develop practical skills to navigate
these complexities effectively. To address this need, we propose an Immersion Program for Practicing
Managers focused on Contemporary Issues.

Objectives
The primary objectives of the Immersion Program are:
1. Enhance Understanding: Provide managers with a comprehensive understanding of
contemporary issues affecting businesses globally.
2. Develop Practical Skills: Equip participants with practical tools and strategies to
address and manage these issues effectively.
3. Foster Leadership: Cultivate adaptive leadership qualities necessary for managing
change and driving innovation within organizations.
4. Encourage Networking: Create opportunities for managers to connect, share
experiences, and collaborate on solutions to common challenges.
5.

Program Structure
The Immersion Program will be structured as a series of interactive modules, each focusing on a
specific contemporary issue. The program will combine theoretical knowledge with practical
application through case studies, group discussions, workshops, and hands-on projects.
The subject matter may cover, but not stay confined around the issues of Technological Innovation
and Digital Transformation; Sustainable Business Practices; Global Market Supply Chain Dynamics;
Organizational Change and Innovation; Leadership and Ethical Management.
All the respective FACULTY AREAS in the Institute would deliver a thoughtful account of
contemporary issues around the above identified theme.

Expected Outcomes
By the end of the program, participants will:
• Gain a deep understanding of contemporary business issues and their implications.
• Develop actionable strategies to implement within their organizations.
• Enhance their leadership capabilities to drive innovation and manage change
effectively.
• Build a strong network of peers and experts for ongoing support and collaboration.
