 INTRODUCTION

We are pleased to introduce our company, “Western Bainoona Group for

General Contracting LLC (WBG)”. We were formed in Abu Dhabi by Khalfan
Mohamed Khalfan Abdulla Al Hameli and Zouheir Najem Chamandi in 1990. We
are a Company with Special Grade Classification in Roads and Infrastructure.
Our Main Office is in Mussafah-Abu Dhabi with Branch Offices in Fujairah,
Dubai, Bahrain, KSA and UK. Our main construction activities are Infrastructure
Khalfan Mohamed Khalfan and Road Works together with Production of various types and sizes of Rocks &
Abdulla Al Hameli Aggregates and Transportation Services in the UAE and beyond. Since
inception, WBG has executed Projects and produced & supplied aggregates
and rock materials with a revenue exceeding Multi Billion Dirham’s for various
Clients in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and India.

WBG strengths lie in the expertise of its permanent manpower over 6,500, its
large fleet of specialized equipment, machinery and vehicles more than 3,000
pieces and its asphalt, concrete, batching Plants and crushers. These strengths
have enabled WBG to participate / execute in prestigious Projects such as
Baraka Nuclear power plant, Etihad Rail, Al Wattan Road and Sh. Zayed
ZOUHEIR CHAMANDI Highway in Bahrain.

for WBG’s successful journey throughout the last three decades,
giving rise to one of the largest construction companies in UAE.
WBG will remain focused on the fundamentals of Construction
and its best practices with an emphasis on sustainable growth.
WBG most valuable asset is its people, and we will continue to
strengthen and empower them as they are responsible for the
WBG’s operations at all levels.

Since WBG established in 1990, our privilege of being
associated with prestigious projects such as BNPP, Etihad rail,
Al Watan and Mina Link road. We take pride in providing
high-quality work that is delivered on time and within
budget, which has enabled us to continually expand our
client relations. Due to our unwavering commitment to
excellence and diligent workmanship, WBG has been
recognized as a special category contractor in Roads &
Infrastructure construction. Most importantly, we will be
whole-heartedly dedicated to our clients and customers.

CONTRACTING DIVISION
We have a dedicated team of professionals who are
experienced in their respective fields and are committed to
delivering exceptional results. We utilize the latest technology
and equipment’s to ensure efficiency and accuracy in our
projects. Our services include site preparation, excavation,
road construction, Bridges, utility installation, Dewatering,
Pre-cast works, landscaping & Electrical Works. We have the
capability to handle projects of any size and complexity, from
small residential developments to large-scale infrastructure
projects. WBG prioritize safety and environmental
sustainability in all our operations. We comply with all
relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure the well-being
of our employees, clients, and communities.
QUARRIES AND CRUSHERS
WBG operates fully equipped state-of-the-art crushers in
Fujairah, Ras Al Kaimah, and Oman and having one mobile
crusher. These crushers are manned and maintained by a
professional team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high-
quality products. WBG crushers produced 150 Million tons of
aggregates till date.
Our production includes limestone and gabbro. Our supply and
delivery all over in the UAE and international markets such as
Qatar, Kuwait, and India. WBG supplies a wide range of products,
including rocks, sub-base and road base, washed sand, beach
sand, white or beige gravel, and aggregates of all sizes.
OUR MAJOR DIVISIONS
ASPHALT DIVISION
Asphalt plants are equipped with latest technology and are
designed to produce high-quality asphalt. The MARINI-
ULTIMAP 2700 B5E220L plant, is located in AL MAFRAQ Abu
Dhabi and has a production capacity of 250 tons per hour.
The MARINI-E-TOWER plant, is located in JABEL ALI-Dubai and
has a production capacity of 200 tons per hour. The AMMANN
plant, is located in Sila and has a production capacity of 260
tons per hour. In addition, AMMANN mobile plant which
produce 60 tons per hour. These asphalt plants are capable
to produce large quantities of asphalt efficiently and till date
we have produced 7 million tons of Asphalt.
TRANSPORT
WBG’s Transport fleet composed of over 600 Trailers have
endured us the highest recognition by our Clients for speed
and of safe materials delivery.
WBG holds over three decades of experience in the
transportation services and has built valuable relationships
with customers and clients.
Our Trailers are equipped with Telematic systems, which
enable us to monitor vehicle condition, drivers' performance,
location . . .etc, which enable us to ensure timely delivery.
