I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great importance for the betterment of our educational
institution, Aurora National High School- Malvar Extension, located at Sitio Cabeza I, Barangay Malvar – a far
flung area within the municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, traversing Bucayao Grande and Bagto River at
approximately 5.50 kilometers away from Inarawan National High School and 12.0 kilometers away from
Aurora National High School. As the head of the school, I am committed to providing our students with a
sustainable and effective learning environment.

Unfortunately, our school is currently facing challenges in terms of inadequate facilities and equipment,
hindering our ability to create an optimal learning atmosphere. One specific area that requires urgent attention is
the need for suitable tables and chairs for our dedicated teaching staff.

Understanding the importance of efficient and comfortable workspaces for educators, I am reaching out to
kindly request a donation of no cost tables and chairs that may no longer be needed by your office. By
acquiring these tables and chairs, we aim to enhance the teaching experience and, in turn, improve the quality of
education we provide to our students.

Your generous contribution will directly impact the daily lives of our teachers, enabling them to focus more on
delivering quality education rather than contending with inadequate resources. We believe that investing in
education is an investment in the future of our community.
