Madam:

As the Sports Coordinator of our esteemed institution, I am writing to formally request your permission for
practice hours for our selected athletes in preparation for the upcoming Provincial Meet this April 9-11,
2024.

Understanding the significance of adequate preparation, I propose the following practice schedule for
February 15- February 29, 2024:
- Mondays and Tuesdays: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

This proposed schedule aims to provide our athletes with dedicated time to enhance their skills, teamwork,
and overall performance. The proposed arrangement is seeking your approval for them to be excused from
their classroom activities during this period until the competition date.

I believe that these practice hours will contribute significantly to our athletes' success at the upcoming sports
meet, showcasing not only their individual talents but also the strength of our school's athletic program.
Furthermore, I respectfully seek your understanding and support for exempting the selected athletes from
participation in all activities and performances during this period. This will enable them to dedicate their
time and energy to rigorous training without the concern of missing classes and other classroom and
academic commitments.

Thank you for considering this request. I appreciate your support for our athletes and their pursuit of
excellence in their respective sports events.
