As the president of the SSLG (Supreme Secondary Learner’s Government), I am
writing to formally request your approval for our proposed Valentine's Day program.
The SSLG believes that organizing a Valentine's Day program would not only foster a
sense of community within the school but also provide an opportunity for students to engage
in activities that promote friendship and camaraderie. Our intention is to create an inclusive
event that celebrates love and friendship in a respectful and positive manner.
Outlined below are the key details of our proposed program:
1. Date: February 14, 2024
2. Time: 2:00 PM– 4:00 PM
3. Venue: School’s Stage
4. Activities: Messages’ Booth
We have taken into consideration the values and policies of the school to ensure that
the program aligns with the educational environment. Additionally, we will implement
measures to maintain a wholesome and respectful atmosphere during the event.
We believe that this program has the potential to contribute positively to the school's
culture, encouraging unity and understanding among students. We assure you that all
necessary precautions and guidelines will be followed to ensure the smooth execution of the
event.
We kindly request your approval for this Valentine's Day program and would be more
than willing to discuss any concerns or modifications you may have.
