assembling cooling tower, installation of ss return pipe, installation of copper pipe,
leak test of nitrogen, a vacuum of evaporator system)
3. All heavy lift equipment, rigging tools, and rigger needed to unload and mount
equipment at the site.
4. All civil works at the site and steel structures
5. Steel structure and foundation of Evaporative condenser
6. Ice storage system (insulated panel)
7. Insurance for the consequential production loss or damages
8. External power transformers and water tanks
9. Government permits and other licenses fees, insurance necessary during installation
10. Incoming water supply.
11. All others not mentioned but deemed necessary and not explicitly stipulated in our offer are

1. Food and lodging are also care of the buyer
2. Highly suggested to hire an electrical engineer nearest to your area for lower labor cost
3. A 3-phase supply of electricity is needed

C. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery Term : 60 – 80 days upon received of the down payment

Terms of Payment : 50% down payment upon contract signing

50% full payment once installation is done.

Mode of Payment : Check, Cash and Bank Transfer

A. POWER-HOUSE CONSUMER G00DS TRADING STANDARD

WARRANTY
- All Equipment will remain property of Power-House Consumer Goods Trading unless Fully Paid
by the Buyer.

- The equipment listed herein is warranty to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship within fifteen (15) months from the date of commissioning.

- POWER-HOUSE CONSUMER GOODS TRADING obligation under this warranty shall

be limited to repair or replacement of parts proven to be defective after
*examination/inspection by POWERHOUSE CONSUMER GOODS TRADING official
representative

- Any alteration of material or design of the equipment or any parts thereof without written
authorization from POWER-HOUSE CONSUMER GOODS TRADING voids all of its
obligations regarding the equipment and any associated warranty herein

- Examination or inspection shall be limited within the Philippine territory while labor cost, travel
expenses, communication costs and other incidental costs will be charged to the buyer should the
finding does not warranty any favorable coverage.
