Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to formally request permission to stay in
the campus hostel during the ongoing summer term from 19 June to 10 July.
I have several important academic commitments that necessitate my presence on campus.
These include clearing my backlog course Intro to machine learning (CSL2010). Initially this
course was supposed to be in online mode, but now, We are having offline classes and exams.
I assure you that I will adhere to all the rules and regulations of the hostel during my stay and
will maintain discipline at all times.
I kindly request your support and recommendation for my request to stay in the campus hostel
during the summer vacation. Your approval will greatly contribute to my academic progress and
enable me to fulfill my academic obligations effectively.
