INTRODUCTION
The paper explores the changes in
landscapes caused by waste and the
potential for recycling and recovery
of these altered areas.
STUDY AND METHOD
The research is focused on the
presence of waste in the Lombardy
region of Italy, specifically along the
highway A4 between Milan and
Brescia.
The paper discusses the language of
creativity in addressing the issue of
garbage and how waste can become a
place.

“The purpose of this research is to give a
detailed study of what is and define strategic
