EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Dear _________________:
On behalf of Colegio de Sto. Niño (CSN), we are pleased to offer you the position of a Part-time
Teacher. Your contract with CSN shall commence on _______________ and will end on
_____________. You will be bound by and entitled to terms described below:
You will be responsible for organizing and facilitating learning experiences that enable
CSN students to reach their full academic potential. Your key responsibilities will include:
o Designing and implementing effective instructional strategies.
o Guiding and mentoring students throughout their learning journey.
o Monitoring student progress and providing timely feedback.
CSN shall pay you the amount of ____ Pesos (PHP ___.00) per hour, subject to 2% tax.
Payment will be made every 15th and 30th of the month, based on the duly approved
attendance report.
You are required to render teaching services for a minimum of two (2) hours and
maximum of eight (8) hours daily. (FOR FRESH GRADUATE).
You are required to render teaching services for a minimum of two (2) hours and
maximum of six (6) hours daily. (FOR EXPERIENCED & LPT).
CSN reserves the right to terminate the contract under the following conditions:
o The Teacher fails to perform duties due to illness or incapacity beyond allotted
leave periods.
o The Teacher materially fails to competently discharge job responsibilities, willfully
refuses to perform duties without legal cause, or demonstrates gross negligence.
o The Teacher engages in serious misconduct or behavior likely to prejudice the
interests or reputation of the school, or is convicted of a criminal offense, etc.
You shall not disclose any confidential information obtained during or after engagement
with CSN. Upon termination, you shall return all original and copied business documents
and materials belonging to CSN.
You are expected to abide by the school’s rules, policies, and procedures in good faith.
This document constitutes the agreement with CSN and supersedes all prior
agreements regarding its subject matter. It may only be modified by a written instrument.
Teachers shall be required to observe the policies and guidelines of Colegio de Sto. Niño (CSN)
at all times and is expected to conduct himself/herself in a professional manner. These
guidelines are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and productive work environment for all
staff members. By adhering to these guidelines, we collectively contribute to the school’s
mission of providing quality education.
Professional Conduct
Attire/Decorum: The school deals with the general public and the students in particular;
thus, school uniform and appropriate attire should be worn within the school premises at
all times. Wearing slippers, short pants, sandos and similar clothing is not allowed.
Proper decorum should always be exercised in the conduct of the employees’ activities.
Punctuality: Teachers must arrive on time for their scheduled duties and meetings.
Respect: Treat all colleagues, students, and parents with respect and courtesy.
Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents
immediately.
Resources: School resources, including computers, internet access, and office supplies,
are to be used for professional purposes only.
Maintenance: Teachers and Employees are responsible for maintaining school property
in good condition. Report any damage or needed repairs to the administration.

Conflict Resolution
Disputes: If you encounter any conflicts or grievances, report them to your immediate
supervisor or the Human Resources officer. The school will provide a fair and timely
resolution process.
Acknowledgment of Receipt
I, ___________________, have read and understood the School Guidelines for Employees and
Teachers at Colegio de Sto. Niño. By signing all the pages, I agree to abide by these guidelines
and understand that non-compliance may result in disciplinary action.
