● To ensure the accuracy of the LGU requests on the inclusion of 2022 LDF disbursed in 2023 Q1, the following must be validated in the reports to be
presented by the LGUs:

1. Details of the disbursements for Accounts Payable (AP) and Continuing Appropriations in the first quarter of 2023 clearly indicate the items pertaining to
the 2022 Local Development Fund (LDF). The AP and Continuing Appropriations disbursements must be disaggregated;
2. The list of 2022 LDF disbursed as AP and Continuing Appropriations in the first quarter of 2023 must be supported by proofs of payments, i.e.
Disbursement Vouchers, RAO, Checks, etc.
