IMG path Enterprise Structure →Definition
→Financial Accounting →Define Company
Click on New Entries button.
Fill the required details as below.

Click on save button.

1.2.Define Company Code

Procedure:

To carry out the activity, choose one of the

following navigation options: Transaction code
OX02
IMG path Enterprise Structure → Definition
→ Financial Accounting → Edit, Copy,
Delete,
Check Company Code Click on New Entries
button.
In the Additional Data update the details of
City, Country, and Local Currency of
Company Language. Click on Address and
Update the following fields.

1.3. Define Business Area

Procedure :
Access the activity using one of the following
navigation options:
Transaction
code OB03
IMG path Enterprise Structure → Definition
→ Financial Accounting → Business Area
Choose New Entries to enter the following
data:

Click on save button

1.4.Assign Company Code to Company
Procedure:
To carry out the activity, choose one of the
following navigation options:
Transaction
code OX16
IMG path SPRO IMG → Enterprise Structure
→ Assignment → Financial Accounting →
Assign company code to company

Fill the required details as below.

Click on save button

1.5. Define Controlling Area :

Procedure :
To carry out the activity, choose one of the
following navigation options:
Transaction
code OKKP
IMG path SPRO IMG → Enterprise Structure
→ Definition→ Controlling → Maintain
Controlling Area
Click on New Entries button.

Fill the required details as below.

Click on save button

1.6. Assign Company Code to Controlling
