Responsibilities of the Subject In Charges:

1. The Syllabus of all the Examination will be shared in the Subject in Charges group in PDF under the following

2. The Departments must preserve the record of the results of the Weekly MCQ Test individually. The Subject In
Charges will share the Summary of the result to their group showing the number of the Total student, Appeared
Student, Passed Student, Failed student . It is noted that, the Pass mark of Weekly MCQ Test is 10 out of 20.
Responsibilities of the Form Teacher :
1. The compiled result/Tabulation Sheet of the Weekly MCQ Test will be submitted in HARD COPY to the
COORDINATOR along with the summary, like: Total student, Appeared Student, Passed Student and % , Failed
student on every Saturday by 12:30 pm.
