This plant is a completely independent and standardized production line, with a nominal capacity of
six (6) tonnes per hour, made up of several functional units interconnected but different from
each other. In any case, the plant to be installed must full fill the functions of:
 Reception, weighing and temporal storage of regimes
 Destemming to separate the fruits from the stems;
 Sterilization and boiler room, designed to manage both the hourly capacity of the plant (5 TR /
H) and the regular consumption of steam;
 Extraction of crude oil;
 Clarification to separate pure oil from sludge;
 Storage of produced oil and by-products;
 Palmisterie for the de-raking and crushing of walnuts, as well as the separation of fines from the
hulls;
 Water supply system;
 Power station for the production of energy from biomass.
