Subject: Cancellation of Hostel Challan

Respected Sir,

It is stated that I Alishba Mujtaba from MS Mechanical-17 applied

for availing IST Girl’s Hostel but due to some severe family issue I was not able to
avail it. The challan was not attached with semester fee and due to the unavailability
of portal and limited access to it I was not able to know that my challan was
generated. I received a call from Finance Office that I was being in defaulter’s list
where I did not even avail the facility. Currently my family situation is not much
favorable to allow me to pay extra dues and that too for a facility that I did not avail.
Therefore I request you to kindly get my challan cancelled. I will be very thankful
to you for this act of kindness.
